This picture is taken in Portugal by Patrícia Almeida and Diana Tavares. These colorful umbrellas are equipped by wire strings. It was a installation of the local festival called "Agitagueda".
They protect pedestrians from strong sung and even when it rains, these umbrellas protect them from rain. Not only beautiful but also functional!
It is really fun just to image these umbrellas dance when the wind blows!!
